For the love of GOD

Could someone PLEASE tell SureWest Communications that being down for 2 solid days, then having a connection as slow as growing grass, is completely unacceptable?! My internet and e-mail was down Sunday, Monday, and impossibly slow today. Sad to say, but with the computer down, I feel like I have no MF'ing idea what is going on in the world!
