Two Words: Celery Salt

I made red potato salad last night, and I think it was my best to date. Skin-on red potatoes, white vinegar, salt, pepper, celery salt, mayonnaise, mustard, hard-boiled egg whites and onion powder. I think that was everything I used. It was really good! I don't like a lot of crazy stuff in my potato salad (no pickles, no actual celery, no olives . . .) but the spices & seasonings were the thing. Good, good stuff. And I also made deviled eggs, and bbq'd some cheeseburgers -- put 'em on toasted buns and ate mine w/roma tomatoes, sliced avocado, ketchup & mustard -- heaven. The only thing missing was the red onion, which I forgot to slice up. I was drinking and barely remembering everything I needed to do. But it all worked out and everything was a hit.

Speaking of a hit . . . G.H. Mumm extra dry champagne (pink label). 'Nuff said.

That stuff is the shit!
