Crap!

I fell back asleep this morning and now I don't have time to go to the gym. So if I want to get a workout in I'll have to go tonight. I hate that! It's way better to go in the morning 1) because there are fewer people; 2) people haven't been sweating their assess off all day yet; and 3) because I get it out of the way and have fewer reasons to blow it off.

It's probably gonna get blown off.

I still have a lot to do to get ready for Monday at work, and I'm kind of all over the place. Plus, I need to do some grocery shopping and there's something at home I've been meaning to do for weeks that I just haven't gotten to. But, I got about 9 hours sleep all together last night, so I've got that going for me. It's almost quarter after 7, though, so I've gotta get a move on!

Man -- I'm ready for another vacation! It's been over 6 months. We need to get to a point where we're taking them every 3 months, I think. Or at least every 4. That'd be 3 times a year.

I'll put it on my list!

I think Americans should take a vacation every three months. I think we would be a lot happier. I know I would.
I'm the same way about the gym. If I don't do it in the morning, I won't do. I use to workout at night but then I would always blow it off.

What's the word? Did you blow it off? It's so much more relaxing doing nothing in the afternoons instead of being tired and thinking 'Ugh, I still have to go to the gym.'

Extended vacations every three months would be good. One day isn't enough.
