Sorry, I know I suck

5 days since I posted a couple of lines about how busy I am. Pathetic. This past week was SO busy. I can't really get into specifics because I never want to worry about losing my job by blogging about it with any specificity, so all I can say is it was crazy/busy/hectic. And I spent 3 of my 5 days dealing with someone and something that I sincerely hope will end with the activities of last week. Honestly. Can I just say there are some extremely unpleasant people in the world? People who think not only that the world revolves around them, but that they are so important they don't have to give you the time of day unless they think you are somehow technically, as in title-wise, superior to them? This isn't the military, buddy -- I could not care any less about how important you think you are. In fact, my respect for people is directly related to how well or how poorly they treat others. Bottom line -- I only spoke to you because, on those days, it was part of my job. But don't get used to it -- because people like YOU will not get the time of day from ME for long!

Anyway.

I haven't even had time to check in on others' blogs to see what's going on. Maybe tomorrow. Right now I have the attention span of a 4-year old child hopped up on a steady stream of Lik-m'-Aid and fruit punch. It ain't pretty. I need some zen in my life!

Lik-m-Aid! That brings back memories. I want some!
Glad you survived the past week. We were hoping you didn't kill anyone.

Mini: I may have to take that bath advice.

Pixie: I could use a drink. I had several beers Friday night -- and I've got one in the freezer now!

Gary: Nope, didn't kill anyone. I'm not going to jail for anybody!

Ian: Old-skool candy. Check this link out: http://www.oldtimecandy.com/lik-m-aid.htm
