Keep on movin'

I'm a little sore from yesterday's nearly 3-hour workout. I was trying to make up for not working out Friday and Saturday. I think I succeeded. Today I woke up thinking I would work out 2 hours -- but that's a big chunk of time. The hour is good. Maybe I can do an hour and a half. We'll see. I have things I want to do today! Shopping, mostly. I need some new tops or something. I'm bored with what's in my closet.

This afternoon my dad and stepmother are coming up to take me and the husband out for dinner to celebrate our anniversary (which is tomorrow). We're going to Bandera. They have great rotisserie chicken. Oooh, and this grilled artichoke that they do. It's gonna be good!

One step at a time. I guess I oughta eat some cereal or something and get my butt to the gym! I LOVE three day weekends!

3 hours! What were you doing all that time? I can imagine 1.5, but 3 sounds like a lot.

Peachy: I spent the first hour and fifteen minutes on the treadmill, then the next hour doing circuit training, then another 15+ minutes on an elliptical, then a good 15 minutes or so stretching out. With a friend there, the time actually flew!

Ha . . . I think I'm kind of paying for that long workout -- I worked out Sunday/Monday/Tuesday and this morning I'm just too damned tired! I'm planning on going tonight -- but it's always a crapshoot whether that'll happen when I put it off 'til the end of the day!
