I should be in the shower by now, but . . .
I woke up this morning to my husband telling me the power was out. Greaaaaaaat. Now we gotta worry about the fish tanks. So we stressed over that for about an hour and a half before the power came back on, then the husband kept up his Chicken Little routine to which I was appropriately sarcastic. And as I'm eating a bowl of Cinnamon Life cereal, he says, "I don't like your attitude." I had just taken a bite and spit milk everywhere. I could not help but laugh at that point.
The phrase of the day is: "power went out . . . ruined my life."
HilariASS.

How long can the fish be okay? (I have fish and I wanna worry about more stuff.)
J: Check out this article I found on line. It doesn't give an exact time, but it is a little reassuring to know that a power outage of an hour or so probably won't do any damage. With one large and one small saltwater tank, though, we should probably buy a generator!
