99 in the shade . . .
. . . but 70 in the office. Man, but they do like to keep it cold in here! I'm wearing a sweater this morning AGAIN, over my sleeveless top. And I had some hot chocolate about an hour ago. Hot chocolate! Seriously, do we have to start every day off as though there's a big block of ice thawing out around here somewhere?
Then again, it's better than sweating my ass off in office clothes. One of my friends said the temp in her office has been a steady 80-85 for days, and that it's never comfortable there.
And my poor husband, well, he works outside. So he sweats his ass off no matter what. His personality is too big for an inside job, though, so outside he stays. He needs to be able to bounce off walls w/o hitting his head.
That's it -- just wretching and kvetching about the temp. I'm off to the HRC to split a cheeseburger w/my friend Skindy. Yum!

It's medium in here. I do keep my floor heater on though, so I guess it's a little chilly.
I hate wearing different clothes every day to have them covered with a blue hooded sweatshirt.
Peachy: Once I got back from lunch, I was more grateful for the chilly state of the office. It was quite comfortable this afternoon!
