Can we get a volume discount on our doctor visit co-pays?

The husband has bursitis in his knee. It looks like he's got a baseball under his skin! I took him to the doctor today and he tried to drain it, but he only got about a third of the fluid out. He got a second needle and got nothing. The doctor appeared to be surprised that he wasn't able to drain it, and it was frustrating to stand there and watch that. Then he injected cortisone into his knee. So on the way home we got a cold pack and some Aleve, and are now waiting to see if it goes down. He says it doesn't really hurt, but the pressure from the fullness in his knee is uncomfortable. Bursitis. Jesus -- it's always something with us! TGIF.
