Yum!
Now that's what I call a lunch. Me and Skindy went to Original Pete's Pizza today. Man, how I love the smell of a pizza joint in the winter! Reminds me of my first "real" job.
I had clam chowder instead of the salad -- it was alright, but the pizza (Canadian bacon, pepperoni & mushroom) was KILLER. They have the best crust! And the beer . . . I could weep openly about it. The Sierra Nevada Pale Ale there is so COLD and pure I swear it rained down from heaven.
I do love it.
Too bad I had to go back to work and actually work after that!

Ya know, it's early in the mornig and I catching up, but that pizza description made me hungry for a good pizza. That sounds yummy!

The pizza combination sounds great. I might have to try that next time. I think it's funny that you are going to cry openly about your beer. That cracks me up!
YB: I still have half of that personal pizza left in the fridge -- and I normally don't like leftover pizza, even heated up, but for Original Pete's I make an exception. It's really good! Happy New Year!
Peachy: That combo is mmmm-mmm good! And I swear, the beer was THAT good. I'd have a tap installed in my kitchen if they could promise me it would always be that good, and cold!
