I hate service windows!

I'm sitting here wondering when the repair dude is gonna show up. I can't remember what time they were supposed to be here, and I can't find my paperwork. Dammit! This 4-hour window bullshit is . . . well, bullshit. Just make an appointment and keep it. Or give me a 2 hour window. 4 hours is too much of my day! I need to find that paperwork. Well, they haven't gotten here yet, so it couldn't have been 8 to noon -- probably noon to 4 or 1 to 4, which means I'm stuck. Or, it means they pulled a no-show. How the hell am I supposed to know? I tried calling them from a postcard I have and -- their phone hours are from whatever to whatever MONDAY through FRIDAY and EASTERN time. You know what, bitches? I live in California. I want my service when I'm awake. And if you're gonna send people out on the weekend, you damned well oughta be answering the phones! WTF!

Alright, I'm done ranting. But I know I'm not alone in this. Service windows suck.
