Wow
I thought I had a clutter problem. I organize and reorganize things. I go through our closets and garage periodically and get rid of what I can -- either by donation or tossing it -- but often feel like it's just not enough.
Maybe it is.
I just read a story about a woman whose husband was unable to find her and reported her missing. Turns out their house, every room, was filled from floor to ceiling with boxes, clothes, dishes, etc. After TEN HOURS of searching, they found her:
1) dead;
2) having suffocated;
3) under a pile of debris.
In her own house! My friends, I no longer think I have a clutter problem. Upon further reflection, I think my problem is I want our house to look like a model home -- as though it were decorated professionally -- but I can get in and out of every room of it, walk right through it, and anyone can come over at any time without me feeling like I have to clean first. Well, except when the kitchen counter is covered in beer bottles, but that's an easy fix.
What a way to go!

I wonder how long she was dead. And..the husband didn't smell her?
I hope he starts his new life over with a clean place.
Peachy: I didn't get the impression that she was gone long -- but still!
