Still a contender

Well, I've been through 3 separate interviews and/or meetings, and I'm still kicking. It's down to 2 people, and I'm one of 'em. I think things went well today -- hopefully well enough to edge out the competition (whomever that may be). I really hope they make a decision by the end of the week. I was told I wouldn't be kept on pins & needles, but seeing as I tried to go to bed over an hour ago and I got back up and turned the computer back on and am now sitting here typing, I'd say I'm on pins & needles anyway. I know it won't be the end of the world if I don't get it, but right now this means so much to me. I want it!
